Similarly, the bathroom is dated, but again we keep the home super clean and is otherwise great! Note: The basement of the home is rented to long term tenants, but is completely separated. The basement tenants access their unit by way of their own seperate and dedicated side entrance. Paid street parking is available during the day on a first come first serve basis. There is also a paid parking lot within walking distance.
