Casa Marina Vallarta

The house is located in Paseo Bocanegra, Marina Vallarta! The beach is 5 minutes walking distance! The house is located in a private and safely area. The neighborhood it's really quiet and safe! Private small pool and heated Jacuzzi in the rooftop with a nice view of the golf course!

We have a small and private pool on the ground floor. And we have a really nice rooftop with a Bbq area, and a heated Jacuzzi! And there is a big pool in front of the house, it's for all the persons in our private residential area. We are 5 minutes from the airport by car and 20 minutes walking distance. Plaza Marina it's like 12 minutes walking distance and inside there are restaurants, banks, Mc donalds, Super market, etc.. And La Marina it's 14 minutes walking distance, with really nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, yatch area, Starbucks, etc..

The house is for the exclusive use of our guests

Guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the home, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the home will incur an extra charge of $500 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.
