What is the difference between Monyxbnb and Airbnb?

Both Monyxbnb and Airbnb connect homeowners with travelers seeking short-term accommodations, but there are key differences between the two.

Monyxbnb is a property management company. We assist homeowners with all aspects of their short-term rental business, including cleaning, maintenance, online listing management, and guest assistance. We use platforms like Airbnb, along with over 10 other international booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Despegar, and Google Vacation Rentals, to market and advertise our clients’ properties.
Airbnb, on the other hand, is an online booking platform that allows homeowners to list their properties and manage bookings directly through their website. Airbnb does not handle the day-to-day operations of the listings or directly contribute to their success.

What are Monyxbnb's services?

We currently offer three main types of services:

Full-service property management, digital marketing with reservation management and multi-platform listing with channel manager.
Full-service property management includes all aspects of our services: Property Care, Channel Management, Revenue Optimization and Guest Services.
Digital marketing and reservation management covers all digital services we offer, including reservation management, pricing strategy, marketing and advertising and online guest support.
Multi-platform listing allows your property to be listed on up to 10 platforms and you will receive an account to manage all the platforms through one channel manager.

What are Monyxbnb's charges?

Monyxbnb has three different flat commission charges without any extra fees.

25% For full-service management (in-house cleaning and maintenance included).
20% for Digital marketing and reservation management.
10% For multiplatform listings and channel manager.
