The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. However, please note that the system may not maintain a precise temperature outside the range of approximately 17–25 degrees Celsius. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, where frequent guest turnover can sometimes strain the system, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, as occasional repairs may be required.

Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions. 2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside our Airbnb apartment, including the balcony ($400 fine for smoke odour removal). Smoking is strictly prohibited within a nine (9) meter radius surrounding entrances or exits of the building. 3. Residents and their families, Guests, and visitors shall not create nor permit the creation or continuation of any noise or nuisance especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests. 6. Loose garbage, recycling materials and/or other waste including furniture, small appliances and electronics are not to be deposited in the garbage chute. Bottles and cans shall not be thrown down the garbage chute but shall be deposited in the designated recycling area. No garbage shall be placed in the garbage chute between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. 7. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 8. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. 9. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
