Our guests can enjoy the total interior space of the unit. There are no rooms in there that they can’t access. It is only requested and expected from them to respect privacy of other units in the building, since they are not related to each other. The building has hallways and stairways to each floor, and the guests passing by need to be silent minding there are other people as resident

Guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.

There are several electrical outlets for your mobile devices. The stove and hot water are by gas. This is a non-smoking unit. Suitable for short stays and monthly. Additional services upon request and for a fee are cleaning service, change of bed linen and towels and airport transfer. However, monthly stays include weekly cleaning/bed linen and towels.
